I’ve always had a deep longing for connection and depth, for more than what meets the eye. For over twenty years, I have worked as an actor in New York City, with credits spanning major network television shows, feature films, and theater. I starred as a series lead in a drama produced by Ed Burns and executive produced by Steven Spielberg, collaborated with Academy Award–winning director Steve McQueen, and most recently produced and starred in the independent feature Smile...The Worst Is Yet to Come, premiering in NYC in January 2026.
Alongside my career in the arts, I’ve always been deeply curious about people—their stories, their inner landscapes, and the ways we move through life. That curiosity led me to train in somatic practices and body-based coaching, where I help clients cultivate awareness, ease anxiety, and find clarity by tuning into the wisdom of the body.
I started a practice dedicated to somatic anxiety therapy and embodiment coaching. My work supports clients in shifting from mind-centered problem-solving into body-centered exploration, opening the door to new insights, goals, and possibilities for living a harmonious and thriving life.
Today, I continue to balance my passion for performance with my dedication to guiding others—producing, acting, and creating stories on screen and stage while helping clients transform their own narratives through somatic awareness and embodiment. How can we support each other as we navigate this one precious life?
I’ve received a certification from The School of Embodied Arts in Feminine Embodiment coaching and as well as a certification from The Embody Lab in Somatic Anxiety Therapy.
